Ship Management

As owners & operators of our fleet of bunker tankers, we maintain full in-house
management
covering technical operations, crewing, compliance and operational support.

  • We operate under an established Safety Management System in compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, holding the Document of Compliance (DOC) for the fleet.

All vessels operate under valid Safety Management Certificates (SMC) and comply with applicable ISPS and MLC requirements. Internal ISM audits are conducted by our management team to ensure continuous adherence to operational and regulatory standards.

To maintain fleet standards, vessels undergo OCIMF BIRE (Barge Inspection Report Programme) inspections on a biennial basis. Our management framework also aligns with OCIMF’s Tanker Management and Self Assessment (TMSA) programme.

Regular onboard drills and operational procedures are conducted to maintain high levels of safety awareness and preparedness across the fleet.

  • We provide full in-house technical management for our fleet of Singapore-flagged double-hulled bunker tankers. Our technical superintendents oversee vessel maintenance, performance monitoring and regulatory compliance across the fleet.

All vessels are classed with China Classification Society (CCS) and maintained through structured Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) to ensure operational reliability. Dry docking schedules, repairs and class surveys are coordinated directly by our internal technical team.

Through continuous monitoring of vessel condition and machinery performance, our fleet is maintained to support the demanding operational schedules required for marine fuel operations in Singapore.

  • Our vessels are manned through internal crewing operations, with the fleet primarily crewed by experienced Indonesian seafarers recruited and managed directly by us.

Many officers and crew have served with the company for extended periods, with several individuals having remained with us for almost twenty years.

This continuity of experience provides strong operational familiarity with our vessels and bunker operations, contributing to safe and efficient ship-to-ship fuel transfer activities conducted on a 24-hour operational schedule.

  • Our vessels operate primarily within Singapore port limits, with additional operations conducted in regional anchorages including Tanjung Pelepas and surrounding areas.

In addition to vessel deployment, we provide operational coordination and agency support for vessels operating offshore. This includes scheduling, port and anchorage coordination, crew logistics and operational planning to support bunker tanker activities outside Singapore port limits.

The fleet is typically deployed on long-term time charters to licensed bunker suppliers and marine fuel operators, supporting ship-to-ship fuel delivery operations on a continuous 24-hour schedule.

All vessels are equipped with Mass Flow Meter (MFM) systems supplied by Endress+Hauser, ensuring compliance with Singapore bunkering regulations and supporting transparent and accurate fuel transfer operations.

Our fleet’s cargo capacities range from approximately 600 to 5,800 deadweight tonnes, allowing the vessels to support a wide range of bunker delivery requirements within Singapore’s marine fuel sector.
